Vegetable Linguine

This vegetable linguine recipe provides a meal that will not only become one of your favorites, but it is also healthy! You can choose high-protein linguine noodles for a bigger impact.

INGREDIENTS FOR VEGETABLE LINGUINE

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large sauce pan, sauté onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in olive oil until the vegetables are tender.
  2. Add all the ingredients except the linguine.
  3. Heat and simmer sauce for 30 to 40 minutes.
  4. Cook the linguine according to the package directions.
  5. Drain. Spoon the sauce over the cooked linguine.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
