Tomato Bisque Soup

INGREDIENTS FOR TOMATO BISQUE SOUP
- 3 cups fresh, seeded, peeled, chopped tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender or food processor, combine tomatoes, broth and tomato sauce. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Stir in basil.
- Cover and child until serving time.
- Makes 6 servings.
