INGREDIENTS FOR LOWFAT DOUBLE APPLE MUFFINS

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat egg, milk and applesauce.
  2. Stir in diced apple.
  3. Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt all at once.
  4. Stir until just moistened.
  5. Fill muffin liners/greased muffin tins 3/4 full of batter.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Makes 12 muffins.
