Coleslaw Recipe
This diabetic-friendly coleslaw recipe is an all time favorite and feeds many! Use purple cabbage, carrots, or red pepper to make it even more colorful. A great side dish to any of our lunch or dinner recipes.
INGREDIENTS FOR COLESLAW RECIPE
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients together and chill.
- Makes 6 servings
